The Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting Talent Management and Learning operations to drive exceptional service delivery and provide functional consultation to the HRS TML functional team within EMEA. This role involves monitoring the HRS TML functional team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and achieving agreed-upon performance metrics.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to oversee Talent Management and Learning operations, identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs and skills gaps. The Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist will support and manage the work of HRS TML team members, provide guidance, evaluate performance, and drive a high level of customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Management and Learning operations to identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs and skills gaps.
- Manage and oversee the work of HRS TML team members, provide guidance, evaluate performance, and drive a high level of customer service.
- Partner with TML Practice and Program Owners to design, implement, manage, and deliver TML programs.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field. Relevant experience in managing HR processes for Talent Management and Learning is required. Fluency in English is essential.
