Wedding & Events Coordinator

As a Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of wedding events from initial enquiry to completion. You will manage all wedding enquiries, following them through to completion with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Manage all wedding enquiries from initial contact to completion, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to couples.
  • Identify and pursue business leads and opportunities in a timely manner, including follow-ups on enquiries and provisional bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all enquiries, ensuring that paperwork and files are accurate and accessible.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly function sheets to all departments, engaging in client relationship activities as required.
  • Provide accurate information to wedding couples during initial inquiries and conduct wedding show arounds with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with all wedding enquiries and ensure they are followed through to completion.
  • Follow up on business leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Keep the enquiries file up to date and organized.
  • Give accurate information to wedding couples during initial inquiries.
  • Conduct wedding show arounds.

Requirements:
  • Availability Monday-Sunday, with weekend rotation
