Key Responsibilities:- Organize daily and weekly work schedules to ensure timely installations and repairs.
- Work in physically demanding outdoor roles in potentially adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain high customer service standards by interacting professionally with residents, clients, and stakeholders.
- Expertly perform full broadband installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility and provide risk assessments.
- Participate in team meetings to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
- Meet safety standards and identify potential risks in the field.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to excel in physically demanding roles that require pole/ladder climbing and manual handling of heavy weights.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in engineering.
