We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and due diligence, with experience working on PE transactions.

The Role: This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for buy & sell-side due diligence, financial & commercial appraisal, business planning, and management of project teams. You will also participate in business development activities and build sustainable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buy & sell-side due diligence.

Requirements:
  • ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role.
  • Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process.
