Cash Collections Specialist

As a skilled professional in accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.

• Collections and correspondence with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, apply payments, review account adjustments, escalate discrepancies and settlement issues
• Monitor, maintain and reconcile customer accounts involving portals
