Job Description

  • Reporting to the Director, Product Management, Debt Services, your objectives and responsibilities will be to:

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business solution owner for applications within debt services operating models and provide support as required across each product – namely loan administration, CLO administration, loan closing, and loan servicing.
  • Understand the platforms used by debt services as well as integrations to third-party systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to generate and document business requirements for the purposes of system enhancements and/or implementation of new processes.
  • Develop business solutions through analysis of current state, requirements, and gaps.
  • Assist in the development of processes and standards that will be applied to the global support team or other functions that leverage private debt services applications or tools.
  • Assist in system testing together with the creation and maintenance of supporting product documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in gathering requirements.
  • Experience working in loan administration or related alternative investments products.
  • Experience working with private debt systems such as Sentry PM, Loan IQ, Geneva, or Investran is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to extract business requirements using standard methodologies and procedures.
  • Ability to support requirements and testing for business/application requests.
  • Ability to model business processes to support product operational usage.
