We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at John Paul Construction. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all commercial requirements on our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and informed reporting of commercial performance
  • Manage the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages
  • Assist in preparing interim and final valuations

You will work closely with our Senior Contract Surveyor to coach and motivate surveyors on the project.

Requirements:

  • A relevant third-level degree
  • At least 10 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a main contractor
  • Previous experience working on construction or civil engineering projects is preferred
