Quality Assurance Specialist - Energy and Construction
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Energy and Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing works installed by registered contractors, ensuring that they meet high-quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting inspections on properties after works have been completed;
- Accurately completing all inspection documentation;
- Providing energy advice and guidance to applicants, colleagues, and registered contractors;
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with agreed quality standards;
- Managing and fulfilling appointments made with homeowners through our helpdesk;
- Conducting follow-up activities and administration duties as necessary;
- Attending training courses as required;
- Performing other reasonable tasks as instructed by scheme management.
- Strong knowledge and experience of construction processes;
- Heat Pump Installer Course or equivalent preferred;
- Knowledge of insulation measures and techniques desirable;
- Pleasant and friendly manner with excellent teamworking skills;
- Reasonable computer knowledge and technological skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand, capture, and interpret customer information effectively;
- Good powers of judgment and ability to manage challenging customer interactions;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
