Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Clayton Whites Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring a consistent supply of clean equipment and utensils, and collaborating with the chef team to uphold HACCP standards.

Main Duties:

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Supporting the chef team in upholding HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
