Job Title: Water Network Improvement Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Network Improvement Supervisor to join our team in the North East of Ireland. As a key member of our water project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing supervision and management on programmes of work to deliver new and upgrade water network improvements.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with contracts and legislation, working closely with regional contractors and local authorities to achieve this goal. You will also be responsible for carrying out health, safety, quality, and environment (HSQE) audits and managing HSQE issues, as well as updating trackers and reviewing and approving as-laid drawings.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years' postgraduate experience in onsite supervision and site engineering of civil engineering works, including water projects. A degree in a related discipline, such as civil engineering, is also required. You will need to have strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations, a current and valid SafePass card, and the ability to write clear and concise reports and keep works records.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to act within a team at all times. You should also be flexible in terms of travel, as the nature of the role may involve regular site visits.
