  • Develop and execute strategies to build a robust lead pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns.
Lead Qualification & Enhancement:

Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with sales criteria.

  • Gather additional insights to enhance lead quality and support sales efforts.
  • Implement lead scoring and prioritization techniques.
Current Lead Tank and Maintenance/Update:

Maintain and update internal system (Salesforce) with accurate and up-to-date lead information.

  • Regularly clean and organize the lead database to eliminate duplicates and outdated records.
  • Generate reports and insights on lead status, pipeline health, and data quality.
Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in business development or business intelligence.
  • Fluency in Italian (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
