Accounting and Administrative Role
Our organization seeks a skilled Accounts & Administration Officer to manage accounting and administrative tasks. This role involves bookkeeping, banking transactions, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, the officer will assist with governance and administration tasks such as implementing policies, using Sharepoint, and helping with payroll and HR-related queries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, including income and expenditure accounts.
  • Assist with year-end accounts and bank reconciliations.
  • Work with the Provincial Bursar to implement policies and procedures related to finance and administration.

Requirements
For this role, we require someone with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Sage Accounts, and good communication skills. Previous experience in general accounts is necessary, and you should be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to working arrangements, including 3 days spent in D2 and 2 days in D4, with parking available.
