We are seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a flair for sales to develop their career in a busy, team-focused environment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

  • Process sales orders and payments efficiently and accurately using computer systems.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations tailored to customer needs, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to exceed sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions to inform business decisions.

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional results.

    Requirements:

    • 1–2 years' experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role (hardware industry experience advantageous).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.

    • A team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset, committed to delivering exceptional results.

    • Confident using computers and sales/order entry systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
