Decorative Artist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality painting and decorating services, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating requirements as part of the facilities team.
• Perform slabbing repairs, plastering, and filling to walls to make them ready for decoration.
• Maintenance tasks such as minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of decorating materials and procure new stock as required.

• Trades qualified and experienced painter decorator.
• Proven experience in painting and decorating with attention to fine detail.
• Familiarity with various types of finishes including wallpapering and painting on lime render finishes.
• Able to work at heights and operate access equipment safely.
• Flexibility to cover other areas within the facilities department if required.
