Residential Support Worker

This position requires an experienced professional who can provide support to individuals with high and complex needs in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services that align with the vision of the individuals they are supporting, advocating on their behalf, and assisting them in gaining valued social roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans to support individuals in achieving their goals and participating in meaningful activities.
- Advocate for the rights, preferences, and dreams of the individuals being supported.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver effective services and ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Experience in working with individuals with high and complex needs.
- Strong understanding of person-centered approaches and ability to work in partnership with individuals to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to respond to changing service demands and priorities.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Full driving license is essential for this role.
- Irish Garda Vetting and reference checks are required prior to appointment.
