The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and services, monitoring and controlling project costs, and preparing progress reports and financial statements for stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour, and other expenses.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets.
- Procure materials and services in line with project requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying and addressing any deviations from budget.
