Lead Store Team to Success

The primary goal is to create and deliver an exceptional customer experience for every shopper at our stores.

Leaders who enjoy motivating teams and driving results are encouraged to apply.

As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to complete a numerical and verbal reasoning test, designed to provide a more in-depth understanding of their skills and potential as a team member.


Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Drive a target-driven approach to KPIs
  • Motivate, manage, and develop the store team
  • Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varying shift patterns
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager preferred but not essential
