Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Co-ordinator to join our team based in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various Construction projects across multiple sectors.

As a key member of the project team, you will be expected to provide technical support and coordination services to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and construction, with experience in managing projects from concept to completion.

They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and site teams.

A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or HND qualified in a design-related discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Confident dealing with clients, sub-contractors, and site teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Strong IT skills
