Seasonal Brand Sales Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
\Helpers a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to take on the role of Seasonal Brand Merchandiser. This fixed-term contract will span from October to December, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the beverage industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maximum visibility for all product lines across various retail spaces
- Maintain optimal in-store displays to support sales and customer engagement
- Accurately collect and report data to inform business decisions
- Implement planograms effectively to meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain top-tier visual displays to drive sales during peak periods (e.g., Christmas)
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license for efficient travel between stores
- Proficiency in using a smartphone for communication and data collection purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with store staff and management teams
Benefits Package:
- Competitive weekly salary (€500 per week, DOE)
- Meal allowance: €40 per week
- Phone allowance: €10 per week
- Provision of a company vehicle and fuel card
- A robust bonus structure featuring a €500 completion bonus and performance-based incentives
Additional Notes: During the month of December, candidates may be required to work additional Saturdays at an enhanced rate of pay.
