Job Title: Therapeutic Support Worker

This is a challenging yet rewarding position in the social care sector.

The role involves working with vulnerable young people who require special care services. A successful candidate will provide short-term, stabilising intervention in a secure environment for children aged 11-17 years.

Key responsibilities include participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans to enhance the physical, emotional, social, and educational welfare of each young person.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Care and Placement Plans
  • Promote the rights and empowerment of each young person
  • Enhance the overall wellbeing of each individual

Candidates must hold a minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or a related qualification. Alternatively, they may possess one of the specified qualifications with eligibility to register with CORU accompanied by two years of relevant experience within the past five years.

This opportunity requires dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.

Skills and Qualifications:
