  • Manage payroll cycles across multiple sites and cycles with precision and accuracy.
  • Audit payroll coordinator work to ensure compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • E nsure that all payroll processes are SOX-compliant and audit-ready.
  • Support regulatory reporting and employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Reconcile payroll funding and RoS to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • An associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience is required for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Ireland payrolls is essential for success in this position.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Showcase ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Ireland payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Have experience working with web-based payroll systems like Dayforce.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
