The Portfolio Lead will play a critical role in leading Roche's portfolio strategy across multiple disease areas.

This involves translating global strategies into local plans and activities, ensuring strong collaboration with disease area teams.

You will be responsible for driving outcome-based planning, fostering a culture of creative feedback, and promoting best practices to maximize patient and business value.

The ideal candidate will have prior strategy, sales, marketing, or business development experience, as well as coaching and mentoring skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy across multiple disease areas
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement Roche's solutions in Ireland

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a university degree in a relevant field.

Prior experience in coaching and mentoring is highly desirable.

You should have an excellent understanding of the Irish healthcare ecosystem and be able to build trust and inspire teamwork among others.
