Director of Global Supply Chain Materials Planning

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Global Materials Planning team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and documenting global business processes, identifying and driving improvements, and governing execution of the business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials management, engineering, finance, or business administration, with at least 5 years of manufacturing and/or supply chain experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze project needs and balance competing interests.
The role involves developing a strategic vision for the business process in line with overall business objectives, making recommendations for Materials Planning process development and improvement on behalf of stakeholders, and making decisions to align processes, organizational roles, and technology.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for training users on the business process, forming a companywide strategic roadmap to improve Materials Planning process maturity, and ensuring the Materials Planning review processes happen on time.
