About the Project
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our large-scale projects in Dublin.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines;
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather relevant information for planning;
- Analysing and assessing project risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and recommending corrective actions;
- Preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders;
- Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in project management;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in large-scale construction projects;
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
