**Job Purpose:**

You will be responsible for the daily management of all aspects of operational delivery of our residential services. This includes ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading and directing operational staff to deliver high-quality services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of our service users, allowing for active participation and engagement.
  • Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, embedding national and international best practices at the earliest opportunity.
  • Lead and direct operational staff to ensure robust people management principles are embedded, fostering a strong cross-functional team working ethos.

**What We Are Looking For:**

  • A qualified professional with a third-level qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
