We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead.

The salary is €90,000-€100,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires managing workshop staff, meeting business targets and KPIs agreed with your manager.

You will promote the company's reputation by ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Monitor and assist workshops regarding job cards and administration to optimise revenue.

Tackle technical problems as they arise and escalate to the customer representative when necessary.

Ensure efficient production flow through the Workshop.

Evaluate and maintain availability of parts, consumables, and equipment.

Communicate daily/weekly schedules, deadlines, and priorities to staff.

Evaluate adherence to technical, quality, health, and safety processes, policies, and procedures.

Monitor and report on workshop performance.

Implement best practices in terms of health, safety, environment, quality, and efficiency.

Develop team skills in all areas of workshop activity.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years supervisory experience in an automotive or related environment
  • Interest in the motor industry
  • Workshop experience as a qualified mechanic with certifications or time-served
  • Able to motivate and manage a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
