International Taxation Expertise

The Role:

  • Advise clients on the planning implications of international assignments, ensuring tax compliance in various host jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with global tax partners to guarantee assignees meet all tax obligations in their host countries.
  • Work with management in preparing detailed technical advice on various tax issues, including legislation and case law research.
  • Provide expert guidance to companies on their withholding obligations regarding cross-border employees.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training presentations to various departments within the firm covering expatriate tax principles.
  • Conduct regular technical training sessions for tax trainees, focusing on key aspects of expatriate taxation.

The Candidate:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in expatriate tax services, servicing an international client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation expertise.
  • Strong employment tax technical knowledge, as well as familiarity with other tax areas.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.

- Develop and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee knowledge.
