Role Summary

The Quality & Risk Management Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the incident reporting system and overseeing the PPPG system for hospital coordination of insurance arrangements.

This Grade VII position requires effective management skills, organizational abilities, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless coordination and implementation.

  • Effective management and oversight of incident reporting systems
  • Coordination of insurance arrangements for the hospital

In addition to these responsibilities, the post holder may be required to deputise for the Quality & Risk Manager and provide support in various departmental functions.
