Job Role Overview

The successful candidate will be part of an international team located in Dublin, Ireland.

Our team advises on a range of general legal matters (including procurement, NDAs, HR, data privacy, transactional support and negotiations) and compliance matters across geographies.

Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial transactions with suppliers and clients, including master services agreements, agreements for the supply and support of hardware and software, cloud agreements, data processing agreements and other agreements.

The varied workload will allow the lawyer to gain broad experience and build meaningful skills, fostering their professional growth and developing their legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support contract engagements in the commercial and public sectors.
  • Provide general legal advice on various matters.
  • Negotiate, draft and advise on commercial transactions.
  • Advise on legal issues related to back-to-back contracts and compliance.
