Clinical Nurse Manager II Role

Providing expert clinical leadership in nursing care, you will serve as a positive role model for direct patient care. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, groups, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing services to optimize the clinical environment
  • Maintain exceptional standards of clinical nursing care through regular monitoring and evaluation
  • Create action plans and support their implementation based on audit outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and audit-based decision making
  • Effectively manage human resources and development within the nursing service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI / Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais ns h Eireann)
  • At least 5 years post-registration experience, with 2 recent years in the related area
  • Recent acute experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to promote multi-disciplinary teamwork
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and leadership skills
