Medical Manufacturing Team Leader

A leader is required to manage a group of production personnel in a high-volume 24/7 medical manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team according to established procedures and best practices in the medical manufacturing industry.
- Establish performance standards for the team and monitor them against predetermined benchmarks.
- Provide guidance and support to the team members, ensuring they understand company policies and management directives.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing large teams in a multi-shift structure, preferably in a high-volume medical manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide positive leadership to a team.
- 5+ years of experience in MRP/production planning (IPICS) and MES/data analysis.
