The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting the team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our discerning guests, while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all guest food requests & dietary requirements are met with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality for all products used
  • Meeting exacting standards in relation to mise en place, food preparation and cooking, presentation and food hygiene
  • Fostering strong communication with food service personnel to ensure seamless execution

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Senior Culinary Specialist in a similar environment
  • An outstanding understanding of culinary standards and consistency in line with our 5* expectations
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good training & recognized culinary qualifications
  • A solid working knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
