Strategic Product Leader

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of cutting-edge medical device software in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

As an individual contributor, you will lead by influence—bringing strong leadership, relationship-building, and execution skills to the forefront.

You will serve as the Agile Product Owner, defining product vision, prioritizing backlogs, and driving delivery across software modules and subsystems.

  • Serve as the Agile Product Owner for the Software Team, defining and driving product vision and execution.
  • Plan and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop clear, detailed software requirements and specifications.
  • Evaluate business value, build cases, and prioritize epics, stories, and themes.
  • Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations for new features.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure successful sprints and releases.
  • Oversee integration of software modules across subsystems, ensuring architectural and quality consistency.
  • Define and manage service-level agreements and delivery milestones.
  • Provide full lifecycle support, including customer engagement and post-release follow-up.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver value in every increment.

Key qualifications include 6+ years of experience in software development and testing (C++ and/or C#), operating systems, and hardware/software integrated products. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
