Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to join our team as an Access Control Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that access control procedures are adhered to and escalating any issues in relation to the same.
They will also perform front of house duties in an office/banking setting, patrol the building in line with onsite SOP's, report any security events in the onsite log, and deal with emergency situations as per Assignment Instruction.

Responsibilities
• Liaise with management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems
• Act as an ambassador for our company conducting your activities in a professional and courteous way
• Ensure that access control procedures are adhered to and escalate any issues in relation to the same
• Perform front of house duties in an office/banking setting
• Patrol the building in line with onsite SOP's
• Report any security events in the onsite log
• Deal with emergency situations as per Assignment Instruction
• Support emergency services as required
• Complete end of shift report detailing activities conducted throughout the day

Required Skills and Qualifications
• IT skills essential
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 07.45-16.30, occasional weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
