Job Title: MSF Field Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a field leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of fundraisers in the field across Ireland, providing coaching, guidance and support to ensure they reach their targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive fundraising efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales or fundraising environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
