The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Property Manager to lead a growing team responsible for managing a portfolio of Cost Rental sites, landbanks, and security/facilities services to a best-in-class standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the Site Property Manager team responsible for the operation of a portfolio of Cost Rental sites, landbanks, and security/facilities services to a best-in-class standard.
  • Oversee the property teams' management of all aspects of block/site property management and the delivery of insurance requirements across vacant sites and landbanks.
  • Administration of the pro-active management of property/site associated risks by developing mitigation methodologies.
  • Monitor overall and individual performance of the property team and liaise with their line manager on staff performance, operating environment, and critical issues that arise.
  • Assist in the setup of individual Owners Management Companies (OMCs) in conjunction with LDA legal teams and advisors.
  • Oversee the handover and transition of new sites and assets from delivery to operational stage.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of property/land management experience and within a similar role.
  • Minimum of three years managing a team of people.
  • Ideally possesses a PSRA licence 'D' and have property-related educational qualification.
  • Post graduate qualification an advantage.
