Support Students with Disabilities in a Rewarding Academic Environment

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with disabilities in a vibrant and inclusive educational setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a supportive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and mobility assistance as required.
  • Support students with activities of daily living respectfully and with dignity.
  • Assist students in attending lectures, tutorials, and moving around campus.
  • Maintain confidentiality and promote student independence and rights.
  • Collaborate with the college's disability and student services teams.
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent qualification.
  • CPR, People Moving & Handling, Infection Prevention & Control, and Hand Hygiene certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and supportive attitude.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.
