
Store Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, minimizing losses, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead store teams to drive sales growth, optimize profit margins, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.
- Partner with store management to capitalize on business opportunities and achieve company objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base through exceptional service.
- Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop weekly action plans for visual presentation and store improvements.
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to enhance results.
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; recruit personnel with diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including potential successors.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff gatherings.
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations; provide guidance on areas for improvement.
- You possess prior supervisory or specialist experience within a premium brand.
- You have people management experience and excel at conflict resolution.
- You are an effective communicator who can foster a sense of belonging.
- You collaborate to drive success and recognize the contributions of others.
- You are courageous in providing feedback to promote positive change.
- You adapt quickly and work efficiently.
- You exude energy, inspire trust, and possess a strong presence on the shop floor.
- You approach challenges with a proactive attitude and make informed in-store decisions.
