We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, minimizing losses, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead store teams to drive sales growth, optimize profit margins, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room.
  • Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.
  • Partner with store management to capitalize on business opportunities and achieve company objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base through exceptional service.
  • Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop weekly action plans for visual presentation and store improvements.
  • Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to enhance results.
  • Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; recruit personnel with diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including potential successors.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff gatherings.
  • Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations; provide guidance on areas for improvement.
