Senior Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our clients' biopharmaceutical projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading global pharmaceutical company, delivering life-changing medicines to millions worldwide.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical direction and overall accountability for the entire scope of work from initial concept through to successful operation.
  • Key responsibilities include acting as Technical Decision Maker, reviewing and approving key technical documentation, working closely with site receiving teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting commissioning and qualification activities, providing technical input into process risk assessments, and attending pre-FATs and SATs.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, LEAN methodologies, and change management tools. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and provide strategic leadership to process improvement programs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering or biology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in process design, commissioning, and qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
