About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Culinary Team as a Kitchen Porter. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the busy kitchen.

This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently and think critically. They will also be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties, cleaning equipment, and dealing with stock rotation and deliveries.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high levels of operational hygiene in all kitchen areas, complying with hotel and health and safety regulations.
  2. Carry out cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning schedule and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all tasks performed.
  3. Clean pots, pans, and general kitchen equipment as required, ensuring correct storage.
  4. Thoroughly deep clean the kitchen as required, including equipment and storage areas.
  5. Deal with stock rotation and deliveries.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure they meet the high standards expected by OASIS Group.
