Job Overview:

The Area Technical Supervisor is a critical field-based role responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at Calor customer sites and installations. The successful candidate will conduct health and safety audits, quality control inspections, and site inspections to guarantee the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role also involves managing contractor and installer panels, providing technical guidance, investigating customer complaints, and managing emergency responses. Additionally, the supervisor will support our sales teams with cost-efficient technical solutions and manage high-risk liquid installations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative stakeholder management technical solutions to meet Calor and customer installation requirements. You will also provide technical advice and support to contractors, installers, customers, and field sales staff in consultation with Customer Engineering and Business Development Teams.
