Deli Operations Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Deli Operations Leader to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating the team to improve performance and retention. They will also maintain store cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards, as well as merchandise the food offer to meet customer needs and drive sales.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' supervisory/management experience, ideally in a food environment. You will also have a proven track record of consistently delivering results and leading teams to deliver high levels of customer service.
