About the Job- This senior technical researcher & IT sourcer position involves hands-on work with technology, configuring and customizing solutions to meet client needs.
- You'll be working closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

- Solution Development: Configuring and developing solutions within Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Dynamics 365 CE Expertise: Working with Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Omnichannel.
- Custom Plugin Development: Developing custom Plugins, PCF controls, Custom Activities, and Form Automation.
- Client Engagement: Leading client engagements, from requirements gathering to training and post-go-live support.
- Advancements: Staying up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in D365 CE / Power Platform development and configuration.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Common Data Model, integration methods, and best practices.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in a consultancy or client-facing role.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience using Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform are highly desirable.
