Job Title: Senior Talent Learning And Development Manager

Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Learning and Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy. This highly influential position will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent development plan, aimed at building a high-performing organisation.

The successful candidate will contribute to the overall development and execution of our talent strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. This includes:

  • Enterprise Talent Management: Collaborating with senior leaders to design enterprise-wide talent frameworks for assessment, succession planning, organisational effectiveness, and diversity equity inclusion (DEI) strategies.
  • Leadership Development: Contributing to the L&D strategy, focusing on targeted capability building and designing pathways for emerging, front-line, and executive leaders to thrive.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with people partners to understand business needs and generate insights for translation into effective talent interventions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experienced talent practitioner with a proven track record in designing and implementing strategic talent management interventions across complex organisations.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify opportunities to create a cohesive, agile approach to talent.
  • Expertise across the talent life cycle: succession, performance, leadership, development, and DEI.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to interact and influence leaders, translating people strategy into measurable action.
