**Investment Solutions Manager Role Summary:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mercer's Investment Solutions business and contribute to its continued growth and success.
The role will involve leading the development of investment solutions capabilities, partnering with investment teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities will include strategy definition, leadership collaboration with investment teams, roadmap creation, delivery and measurement, and fostering a data-driven culture at Mercer.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry, with direct exposure to investment teams and workflow
- Familiarity with data ecosystems in Asset and Wealth Management and/or OCIOs, particularly in relation to investment processes (risk analytics, portfolio analytics, performance and attribution analytics, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to convey concepts and business outcomes effectively
- Interpersonal skills and desire to build and nurture relationships with key business partners
