">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of CAD professionals, providing guidance and direction on complex design projects.
  • Develop and implement CAD standards, best practices, and quality control procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the production and coordination of 2D and 3D CAD models/drawings for a variety of projects.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design workflows.
  • Manage software licenses, updates, and integration of new technologies (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot CAD-related technical issues and optimize performance across the team.

">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a CAD management or senior CAD technician role.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, or other industry-specific CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards, BIM processes, and digital workflows.
  • Experience in leading and developing CAD teams, including training and mentoring.
