Responsibilities
Become an integral part of our Brooklodge team and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa facilities
* Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clients with check-in and check-out processes
* Providing information about spa services and promoting special offers to clients
* Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of spa products and supplies
* Reporting any maintenance issues to management for timely resolution
* Assisting with laundry duties and ensuring fresh linens and towels are available
* Upholding spa policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
* Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment (plus)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness* Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability* Strong customer service skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Basic knowledge of spa operations and policies* Strong organizational and time management skills* Friendly and approachable demeanor* Willingness to learn and develop new skills* Commitment to upholding high standards of customer service* Ability to work well under pressure* Familiarity with spa software and systems* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time* Basic first aid training (preferred)
