We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronic Engineer to join our team as a Senior/Lead Mechatronic Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality automation systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative automated equipment from concept to delivery. You will use your expertise in SolidWorks to create 3D and 2D designs and details.
As a Senior/Lead Mechatronic Engineer, you will lead and guide the Mechatronic team in support of assigned automation projects. You will act as a mentor to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to processes and high standards of work.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of systems and handle technical documentation, project control, and customer communications.
We are looking for a candidate with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Design/Engineering. You should have 5+ years' experience with responsibility for design sign-off, installation, and commissioning.
A strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential. A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required.
