Experienced Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a challenging project management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments.

This role will involve working on high-profile projects, overseeing every stage from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing complex stakeholder relationships, establishing project budgets, and procuring additional team members as needed.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' postgraduate construction/project management experience, a qualification at Level 8 in a relevant field, and a proven track record of delivering construction projects from inception to completion.

In addition to the required qualifications and experience, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a full class B drivers' license.

  • Key Responsibilities:
