Job Title: Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our coffee team at Cork Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and health regulations, and upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment effectively, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, while also being able to work independently when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience as a Coffee Specialist or similar role is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for coffee, combined with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
